NO TRESPASSING

 

The NO ULTRAPASSE series is made up of unglazed porcelain sculptures and alludes to the movement observed in nature's attempt to protect itself from exploitation and secure its place in the city.

 

In the works, envelopes are superimposed by layers of "branches" that aim to refer to the thorns, spears and fangs of an animal in defense of its territory. These casings cover up voids that are apparently habitable, but are impassable, without human interference. These voids bring the representation of a breath to find balance.

 

By preserving its ecological integrity, the environment is protected from the damage it may suffer and nature here recreates its untouchable sanctuary.
